I'm actually looking to replace the wife's '94 Accord with either a late 90s CLK430 or a G35 Coupe. I have noticed some great deals on 430s such as low mileage AMGs for under $30K. Nice time to be looking at the last gen of those cars as all the leases come up.
Nice Choice in cars.

thanks for the comments everybody......
Jimbo - you got that right. the '99 and even some '00 and '01 clk430's can be had for around 30k or less. Just be careful when looking over the condition of the car. This particular 430 was a result of almost 3 months of crawling under cars, looking at every nook and cranny of who know how many vehicles.
There is a common flaw/weak point on the front end of these CLK's. I will post pics when I get back home from work. The front air dam is held up by three wimpy plastic posts that snap like pencils the first time somebody hits a curb or pulls too far forward when parking. When this happens, the air dam becomes very loose and fragile. Mercedes' solution to this, was to tie-rap the air dam to the bumper supports. (a quick but cheap fix IMO) Anyways, every single CLK I looked at had this problem. Pictures will explain better than I can......
