i recently ripped my ap1 plastic window and is need of swapping it out with a ap2 convertible top. Does anyone have experience doing this job? I am willing to pay?

I beleave you also need the ap2 frame or you will break the glass.

he doesnt need an ap2 frame. just have to mod the ap1

 

OK,my bad. Just heard others say you need to swap frames guess that's not true.

 

Do you already have the glass? I got an extra...

 

topsonline also has a 00-01 glass mod replacement, don't know about fitment and such though

 

Do you guys know if ap1 and ap2 glass top are the same? Should be right?

 

I'm not aware of any differences between the two.
