What type of RAM are you looking for? DDR2? DDR3?
What about the monitor? Are you in desperate need of any monitor or are you simply looking for a nice upgrade?
And as for the video card, define "decent". For example, I have a spare Nvidia Geforce 6800GS that works great but it is 5+ years old so...
