Well.. i guess you guys are right.. he is not willing to try or work with me at all..

" Good luck with that, also I would like to tell you that american express or any other card company can't do a charge back due to paypals seller protection policy, the companies give full representation to paypal to resolve all problems through their dispute process, just an fyi. And your dispute has already been closed. You should take a glance at the policy, and read it, and read the buyer protection policy too, but Im sure you won't, from this whole situation you don't seem to be the type to read much."

He thinks paypal > american express...

come on man does he think he can really get away with this?

UPDATE: for all you folks using Paypal buying stuff on 3rd party sites... Paypal's policy is that they cannot help you unless you did not receive the item. Obviously this policy is completely different than items bought from EBAY. Due to the fact, I did not receive all the 'items' , once the dispute has been made and closed, theres no way for their systems to remove the previous and add a new dispute. So in summary, Paypal is useless and is a free world for all sellers to scam their buyers on 3rd party websites if they wanted to at their advantage. I've been on the phone with them 3 times this morning and each story changes about their policy from caller to caller. Obviously when I call American Express, they are getting right on it and regardless if it goes back to paypal, I will get my money back whether Amex or Paypal pays for it.

PS: who ever suggested the idea of creating an avatar for this mess, I'll be the first to rock that so that other members on this board doesn't get screwed by this guy again.

yeah. got a call from american express, they are taking care of this for me. I have already shipped back the amp with a nice note. american express will be taking the money back from paypal and it's paypal decision to take the hit or grab it straight from his account. even though i offered that 25 bucks... looks like he ain't getting a dime.
