Jesus! Get a lawyer! Why even hesitate. He is getting the run around. Immediately get a lawyer. His is loosing countless dollars on re-sale value. He is right about the california law. USE IT. The money you spend on a lawyer will be worth it. It will probably be less than that lost in re-sale, PLUS the ability to sleep better at night knowing you aren't taking it in the a** from AHM! If I seem bitter it's only because the same thing happened to me with Volkswagen of America. It wasn't a previous damage issue, but simply the dealer/manufacturer failing to take any responsibility.
