I was wondering if anyone can recommend a shop or mechanic for OEM hardtop adjustment/alignment in the bay area. I just bought my S2000 not too long ago and the hardtop has lots of rattles and noises. I applied shin-etzu grease to seals but no success. I'm almost positive the previous owner put the top on himself and didn't do a great job. My top also leaks water when it rains. Any advice is appreciated.

It shouldn't be that hard to do it yourself or with a buddy. Just look into the installation manual.

i had joey (its2krazy) install mine, and have had no issues with rain or water. Although, i did have to cram a piece of weather stripping into the latches to stop a major rattle. also, on cold days there is rubbing and a little rattline, but i havent shin-etzu'd yet.
