I talked to Low Price Auto Glass on Commercial Street about this last week and they quoted me somewhere between $300-$350 out the door... I forget the exact price. That might have also been using aftermarket glass.
I believe the figure for OEM glass was just under $400.
I don't know the shop's reputation or anything, either. It just happened to be the one closest to my home.

Do you guys have a windshield deductible? Mine was only $100. Double check and if you do, they'll try to make you use AutoLite. DO NOT USE THEM! They are like the Supercuts of windshield repair - you don't want someone doing "on the job" training on your S. You are entitled to pick from anyone on the insurance list.
I used Perfection Autoglass in Pleasanton. They will come to your home. They will use PPG branded glass (OEM for Honda - just not badged Honda) and genuine Honda seals (v. important - some of the other places get aftermarket seals and glass - it leaks and is distorted) They put '04 seals on my car that have a slight improvement on draining. They do all the replacements for the local independent Honda service place (Precision) and also Dublin Honda and Livermore Honda. Not to take away from their work, either, but their office manager is really attractive too!

i used safelite. i got a replacement for $200, and OEM was around $300. both prices include seals. i don't know if they're OEM seals, but the warranty is for the life of ur car (i don't believe ownership transfers).
i've had no probs with the glass. looks great. no weird waves in the glass. the technician installed it on the side of the street outside school (Berkeley) while i waited. took less than 30 minutes.
