Need help installing rear speakers
I am considering buying rear speakers - have contacted Lucid re: his harness. We just bought a beautiful red S2000! I am totally not Mechanically/electrically inclined and wondered if anyone would be willing to help install the speakers. I don't want to buy the set up if I can't get it installed. Of course, I'd be willing to reimburse you for your time. We live in Fremont, CA near Irvington district. Anybody interested in helping?? Robin

Congratulations on the best purchase of your life ever and welcome to the s2k online family
As for installations, you might want to see when they are going to have another "tech day". I've never been to one, but I've read postings on it. I think someone usually offers up their garage and hosts some kind of get together with a bbq and everyone shows up to share tech knowledge and install stuff. I think a lot of tech saavy people attend. Can someone else comment on these "tech days"?

I helped out stookfreak with his... They are real simple. If you are really that worried, I'll install them for you. No need to pay me or anything...
BTW, I heard plans of a second tech day, but haven't seen any dates... anyone?

I would also be willing to help- I had help and pretty much learned what to do for these--Thanks Robert.
As for the tech day- have not heard either. Am interested.
If you buy Lucids panels the instructions are pretty much perfect. One quick note. Be sure to have the radio code when you do it
Let me know if you want help or we could all meet up and do at another tech day.

...speaking of tech days, I've never been to one, but it sounds interesting. I'd love to install the the rear speakers. I've read alot about the Lucid product. It sounds so easy to do and no custom work on the buyer's part.
When's the next "tech day?"
