Default need help!

so i just got a ticket in dc at about 1:25am and im gonna fight it. i just need some advice on how i should do it.

so i actually did make a full stop at the intersection of gellert and victoria and as i start to move again i turn my head toward the left and there was a cop sitting right there just waiting. he pulls me over later on and goes through the routine. i maintain my innocence while it jus denys it. on the ticket he puts down that i was going approx. 15mph. and for comments he puts down the weather condition was CLOUDY , road was dry, and traffic was light. my friend was in the car with me at the time and he was just like wtf. i already had a stop sign ticket taken off cuz of traffic school. but i also have a point for "following too closely" which i shoulda contested but didnt. i think this might be an easy ticket to fight but im not sure the way to go about it.

thanks for any help in advance.

I don't get what you got the ticket for. Ticket given for 15 mph or not making a full stop?

I am in the middle of trying to contest my ticket, as well. You can get a lot of good advice from ticketassassin.com - if you've got $25 to spare.

The $25 is more of a donation... I believe in good karma.
