My new medical insurance kicks in on April 1 and was wondering if anyone can recommend a doctor and a dentist around these areas.(see above)

Check out the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (http://www.pamf.org/ - El Camino, across from Stanford University). I'm impressed with their facilities and their streamlined processes.

 

an exellent dentist is dr. kumagai on park ave in palo alto or his partner dr. kato.. ..i can also recommend richard lenon m.d. as a great primary doc..[he's an internist and oncologist] and is located on welch road right near the med center[oh..did i mention he drives a red s2000??]......i can also steer you to an dynamite opthalmologist ,a great general surgeon that specializes in breast reconstruction both disease related and cosmetic....a great vascular surgeon[or two]..and a quality gastroenterologist.....all are stanford affiliated and top flight....while i can't actually refer you can approach on your own with a" highly recommended by a former patient"

The Dentist closest to my house is Werner Salinger, has anyone heard of him?

 

For my dental work, I see Amy Guthrie DDS on Middlefield Road. I've gone to that office for about 4 years now and as a matter of fact, I was there today. They are very friendly, conservative, and the hygienist does an excellent job polishing my choppers.
