Default Need advice on exhaust performance

I'm not really into modding s2000s but I now need suggestions for a super light single exhaust that can produce good hp gains (preferably not loud and minimal droning). I know the Amuse R1 is one of the best but can't justify paying anymore than $1k for an exhaust.

i had the t1r 70mm and it was a good exhaust for a good price. hella loud though. you can pick a used one up for about 600-800 w/ or w/o testpipe.

Pretty tough to meet all those criterias. I can only think of J's. Still expensive but not nearly as much as Amuse.

hey just take off your exhaust and you will definitely gain horse power because there is no restriction. While your at it just take off your cat too. Then you will not spend money and way more horsepower and it will sound smoking loud.
