Default Need Advice on engine swap

Could anyone help me out with a good shop in the bay area. I need to swap out my engine. Im also trying to find a reputible company to buy an engine from. If can be a JDM import or a USDM. Im also trying to find out if the JDM f20c is any different than the UD version. So far my conclusin is that the JDM spec can sometimes have better compression but most of them are exactly the same.

I Owned my engine last week and i need to get up and running.

JDM compression is sometimes a little higher, but not enough to notice a difference or need different tuning.

You can get a swap from hmotorsonline.com. They have a full swap for < $4k (motor/tranny/ecu): http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc2000se...page&item=30012

You could sell your old tranny or something if you can't find just a long block.

I would recommend changing the oil pan gasket on a motor that has been shipped around on a pallet though. Learned that the hard way.
