I use to work at a law firm in Downtown SJ and there was a guy that rented out an office in our firm and he did personal injury, criminal defense and car accidents.

Tell him Kristine from Hammer & Jacobs referred you. I used him personally on one of my car accidents several years ago and was pretty happy with his work. He talks fast so hopefully your gf has a fast ear.

Regardless, if she truly needs a lawyer and isn't just trying to extort the insurance companies over a headache and a sore back that lasted two days, call this guy. He is good friends with my girlfriends father and one of the best lawyers in the state. But if she is not truly injured meaning surgery or months of physical therapy, then save yourself the time and work with the insurance company instead of wasting a good attorney's time. You would be surprised how willing they are to cooperate with you sans attorney.
