based on that picture, it lowers the seat probably an inch or so, you will most likely not pass the broomstick test. I am 5'11" with a long torso and my bucket seat literally had to sit on the floor for me to clear by half an inch with helmet on.

I have F1spec type5 (bride replica), which is a side mount, for those with ANY side mount seats, I highly recommend getting the F1spec low L brackets with BC or BC style rails, you will def clear the test.
