Register for an Event

We're pleased to present our 2013 event schedule. You can register for any event directly from this page. Please note that our events have been filling about a month early. All prices listed below are member prices; non-member prices are $10 more per track day.

Please make sure you can participate at the event you're registering for! Novice drivers (ie, new to driving on a road course) must sign up for the driving school or pay for an instructor, and we don't have a school at every event. Similarly, Chrono Series and ARC Race days are not at every event either. Check the colored "status" dots down the right-hand side of this page.

Chrono Series Season Registration

We need a minimum of 30 season entries to hold the 2013 Chrono Series time trials. Entrants must make a deposit of $250 by March 1, 2013. This deposit will be allocated back at $50 per event, and unused deposits (i.e. if you miss an event) will not be refunded. Refunds of this deposit will only be made in extreme situations, and only at the decision of NCRC management.

This day has four Open Track run groups with five 20-25 minute sessions per group, and four (practice, qual, race, race) sessions for the Race group. Saturday there is a driving school, and Sunday there is one level A/B Motorcycle group, with five 20-25 minute sessions per group.

CCW Bypass configuration.

Logistics

Cost: OT:$135 ARC:$119 WCTCC:$154 Moto:$135 Combo:$209

Open track events consist of solo driving on the track for fun and practice. They are not racing events. Drivers are classified into three groups, based on experience:
•Solo: For relatively new drivers, allowing passing with point-by only in straight sections of track
•Point-By: For drivers with more experience, allowing passing anywhere on the track with a point-by
•Open: For very experienced drivers, allowing passing anywhere on the track with no point-by required

Open track driving makes up the bulk of most NCRC track days, with racing, time trialing and motorcycles being the rest.

Nice, I hope this sparks up some interest. I won't be going to as many meets/drives this year with my son just being born and all so I thought I'd post it up for everyone to check out.

I would do the 27th but my wife doesn't have time to take off of work, and for me to get there at a decent time I'd have to take a half day on Friday so I'm just doing that Sunday. If not I'd be there both days myself.
