My car had the same problem. You have to mess with the weather seal. If you play with it you can feel which way to bend it towards your or away from you. I think its held in place by some bendable metal of some sort. My car is an 08 also. If you're local I can help you out with it

wrap your whole car with vinyl.... it will prevent leaks hehe

Mine does it too. I get a little drip coming in from that corner where the top and windshield meet around the window. I just turn on the A/C for dehumidification (a good idea in the wet anyway) and don't worry about it.
