Convince the insurance agency the only way to get this car on the road again is if you get a kraftwerks kit

Sad to hear it. Got pictures?

Is it any surprise people don't take responsibility for their own actions? Isn't just this kid, pay attention when you're driving and most people are in their own world. Cut eachother off and get angry over things that don't matter.

Wow I feel old saying this, seems like most people are only worried about their on little life and forgo caring about others.

Your S should be repaired but I'd document it incase they state it wasn't them. This is one of the reason I rarely park a car on the street. Some skateboarders pop by the neighborhood and bounce off the cars. Fun.

the father is just irresponsible. really shows since the son didn't consider taking the blame at all and giving bs highschool excuses like 'my dog ate my homework'
the 18 year old is considered an adult if they have forgotten and can be reported as 'hit and run' if they start changing the story later down the line.

i really hope you deal these guys.. upgrades never hurt =]

thanks for the support guys.

i got their claim number and further information this morning. i have my car towed to the body shop, and waiting for the their insurance agents to inspect it on Monday.

the father told me he was going to call the insurance last night, but turned out he never called, it's either he forget about it because he never took it seriously, or he just didn't want to. but anyways i called him this morning and told him that i need my car to be repaired as soon as possible. then he called.

i understand that people can get into accidents, i did too, and i took full responsibility for it. but i just can't stand irresponsible pigs like them.

hey guys, it has been almost 3 weeks now, my S is still in the shop because they discovered that the computer chip is that is connected to the steering wheel is also damaged, they were trying to repair in addition to the previous discovered damages.

but i think i could get it back today if the mechanics are fast. lol. the good thing is most parts that were damaged have been replaced with new OEM parts.

hopefully i'm can get it back as it was,i will post up pictures when it's ready.
