I think that comp shouldn't increase if you were not around when it happened...plus it wasn't at fault...so comp shouldn't increase. I just hate how f'd up insurance work. we should get money back for not claiming anything every year...<<< wishful thinking...

the robbins soft top is much cheaper than your deductible then. i say go that route and install it yourself if you have the time to do it.

after you install yours feel free to install one on my s2k also. i want to get rid of my rear plastic window.

I don't think a comp claim would raise an existing rate.

My thought was that, if your insurance is offering a $1000 deductible vs. a $100 deductible, the monthly rates wouldn't be the same (pretty easy to guess which one would require a larger rate).

autolock is the metal device that locks your pedals from being operable. essentially similar a similar security device as the club, but for a different part of your car. they are made of extremely sturdy metal, but i have heard most experienced thieves know their way around these devices.
