i have a 04 head with only 5k on it

i was gonna stick the 04 cams in me 00 to see if it did anything, but havent gotten around to it

everything was pulled and put back in from previous owner to make sure everytrhing was ok. its reassembled but should go through and torque everything

Aren't the cams the same? I think his cams are mint and he really just needs to get full threading for the spark plug and hopefully the block is OK.

Damn that sucks....Vu, how did the spark plug came lose?? Did you change the spark plugs or was it the same plugs from the factory?

Not sure how/why it came loose. I swapped out the factory plugs with Denso Iridium's about 25,000 miles ago so I couldn't blame Honda for this one.

You try HAP in Sacramento for costing a cylinder head??? They seem to be pretty reasonable for everything else...

If you can get that one off ebay or from another place, maybe you could use that, get the old one fixed and then sell it to get your money back...
