so this is like amway? why can't you just do a webpage writeup, then people wouldn't have to go to your meeting to get the info. Many of us are better at learning from reading than from listening.

yea, it's something like that. i agree with you, they should have something on the web/in writing that explains it better. i think the idea is to get you to a meeting where 1) there is a very experienced person, and 2) so they can pitch it in person.
if you have some free time tonight, gimme a call. there is another meeting @ 8pm.

Anyone who uses 'opportunity' more than once in the same paragraph already tells me I need to walk away, but I'll humour you.
You provide numbers for everything but the number of people actually making money. I don't buy it.
22nd fasted growing company in what? I'm a part of the fastest growing Japanese porn company, and we run a MLM to support it. 5 out of 6000 webmasters who send us traffic actually make any decent money.
projected revenue over what? a day? a month? a year? 10 years? For the person, for the company, for the industry? My last job was with liquidation.com, in what fortune500 called a multibillion dollar industry. now they're strapped for funding.
Clinton was a governor and president and we know how honest he was...3 state attourneys? c'mon you can give me better than that.
You still haven't sold me!
p.s. - most numbers do lie.

I'm not trying to sell you anything. I'm extending an offer to the bay area community since I know there are people who want to check it out. Some will take the offer, others won't. For those who don't, that's fine. From your reply I already know that I wouldn't even bother convincing you, rather I'd spend my time convincing people who will give it a chance.
BTW, all of OUR numbers are in Fortune 500, Inc 500, LA times, etc.
If you don't want to be a part of it, I don't care! However, I do take it personally now that you are discouraging others since I'm making an effort to extend opportunities to people.
