yes you can, they will NORMALLY offer you the buy back option. if you're looking to rebuild anyways, wanna buy mine and build it ground up?

and if you feel they lowballed you, you can argue and bring up that KBB's off.. take a bunch of craigslist listings of cars similar to yours with good prices (pull up dealers listings) and you will normally end up with more.

At first when I opened this thread I just looked at the picture and thought that you hit a deer and you showed the body of it...I had to focus and look at the picture a bit more to notice your car deep in the bushes and trees.
