yes you can, they will NORMALLY offer you the buy back option. if you're looking to rebuild anyways, wanna buy mine and build it ground up?
and if you feel they lowballed you, you can argue and bring up that KBB's off.. take a bunch of craigslist listings of cars similar to yours with good prices (pull up dealers listings) and you will normally end up with more.

At first when I opened this thread I just looked at the picture and thought that you hit a deer and you showed the body of it...I had to focus and look at the picture a bit more to notice your car deep in the bushes and trees. lol this happened almost a year ago. i just want my fellow owners to be aware that our s2000s are not as much forgiving specially in the rain!

sorry to hear mate...be glad that nothing sirous happend...
you can always fix a car or get new one...don't look back...shit happen for a reason...i crashed my M3...and learnt my lesson. happens to best of us...
