situation: i am selling my car the gauge cluster came from a different s2000 as a replacement for my original cluster (which was deeply scratched) i replaced it with a better condition with lower miles as well. my original has 97,xxx miles on it and my current cluster in the car right now has 74,xxx miles. my pink slip says 97,xxx so i put about hundred something miles....I JUST GOT THE CAR BUT IM IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION...

now my friend is buying it but the bank loaner says that they will only approve him if the car is under 100,000 miles. which is good because my car has 97k
but..........they will have to check my pink slip and the actual car which means the mileage will not MATCH!!! 97k / 74k....

in order for me to sell the car to him i need to find a gauge cluster that has a mileage between 97,000 and 99,999 IT HAS TO BE BELOW 100k

SO IF ANYONE IN THE BAY AREA THAT HAS A GAUGE CLUSTER THAT HAS A MILEAGE BETWEEN 97K-99K AND *WILLING TO TRADE ME FOR MY 74K CLUSTER*

PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN SELL THE CAR.....

MY CLUSTER IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION *EVERYTHING IS IN FUNCTIONAL* NO SCRATCHES VERY VERY VERY GOOD

main reason: the house i live in now is in a foreclosure situation so i need to apply and get a loan to get a house under my name and down payment (which will be the money from my s2000 when i sell it) ....

so i really need your help!!!

If you got a different cluster because yours was scratched, why didn't you just swap the faceplate instead of the whole cluster. It's easy enough to do.

 

got a question....if my cluster is cracked on the screen...can i replace it without replacing the whole cluster? TIA

 

the accident was in RAV4 04' was totalled ( i got paid $40,000 all for me)
