Muz Mat color matching?
I've grown tired of having to reajust the damn floor mat every time I get in the car. The anchor post seems to serve as more of a lever to spin the mat around rather than keeping it in place. I reattached the post with my own hardware and it still loosened up in a relatively short period of time.
So, the full sized Muz Mats (Prestige) looks like they'd do the trick, but the colors do not look like they're even close. The Muz Mat red looks extraordinarily pinkish. Has anyone seen these mats on a red interior or know what they look like in person?

I have not seen red Muz mats, I have black with red trim in my silver/red. However the Muz mats move around way more that the stock mats. Unless there is a better version now, if that feature irritates you these will be worse. I put a grommet in mine for the stock post as well as the carpet strips Muz sent me and they just do not work. I don't know what the Prestige versions are like but mine shed material in little black clumps constantly. They do still look way better than the stock red ones though.

So I need carpet nails and a car vac Thanks for the info. If there was a stock post on each side I think everything would work just fine. I'd hate to cut up the carpet to see if there is an easy way to attach another post though.

My stock mat stays fine... for the first 3 days after vacuuming it -- after that I just remember to bend over and pull it back every 100 miles or 1 hour; which ever comes first.
