well at this point, all i can advise is to adjust your seals appropriately. where are you located?

Ok, Will try again tomorrow. I'm located in SF/Daly City.

If you can see light under your hardtop seals then either they are worn down or you simply didn't adj it right.

Good news. I got the leaks to go away. Except on the passenger side where it'll sprinkle a little water but it wasn't that bad. But now the only problem I'm having now is my driver side window it hitting the hardtop. If it was a 2-3mm more down it would clear. But I already put the window stop plates to the lowest and have adjusted the window actuator.

You might be able to solve the window hitting the top when you close the door by putting a thin seal where the front of the top meets your windshield. That's how I get mine to clear however you do get a little wind noise if there is any gaps which can get annoying with the windows up.

Finally fixed all the issues with this hardtop. Spending about 3-4 hours after work for 4 days finally paid off.
