Default Moving to Bay area

Hey all,

I've just found out I'm moving to the Bay area for a new job. I'll be living in Foster City (my god rent is expensive in Bay area!) and working in San Carlos.
Look forward to meeting you guys.
I won't have a garage so I'll be bringing my beat up Civic instead of the S2000 (I don't want to keep a soft top sport car - my baby - outside) so I won't be going on any of the group drive but will try to come to any dinner meets (hope that a Civic is welcomed to dinner meets).

It's not just the soft top. I don't want to worry about scratches, rain, sun, vandals, etc.
Plus my brother really enjoys driving it right now.
Maybe in a few months...

Yeah, feel free to take the Civic on one of our drives...I'm sure you'd at least be able to keep pace with my slow ass

I live in Foster City too, and I can sympathize with the high rent!

Welcome to the bay area.
