MotoGP Laguna Seca

The actual MotoGP race is on Sunday. Friday is just practice and good to check out vendors. Less crowded. This will be fine if u r not really into the race. Also make sure to check out Cannery Row at night.

I was trying to buy tickets last night but not sure which package to get, they have so many choices and combinations.. did you guys just get general for Sunday or did you purchase each of the grandstand seating for different turns additionally?
never been to an event there, can you walk around to diff parts of the track, ie to watch the corkscrew? Or is getting a grandstand seat almost necessary? Thanks for the input.
Also have to buy a parking pass, rather drive down w friends than ride down..

To start, buy the Sunday ticket with paddock pass. That allow you to walk around beyond the vendors. You might even see some "real" riders! hehe
We normally buy grandstand seat tickets(I believe it's turn 4) for Sunday only just because it's easier to see the race. There is a gaint tv screen so you don't miss any turns. Or if you prefer watch it from corkscrew, just hike up there or watch it from other turns.
As for parking, it's really not necessary. Park at the university(if they didn't change this year), then take the shuttle bus up. It's pain free.

Darn it, I can't go again this year... Sorry guys, had I seen this earlier, I would have given my spot as a volunteer up to someone here.
