I did this on the last corner before the staight going counter clockwise, I almost hit the wall there.

at least he can try it. If it doesn't work, trade it in for another S2000.

I wouldn't worry about it though.

Im down to do that, I have a compression tester somewhere so we can all compression check are cars too if were board. I've wondering if the DBW still works if the fuel and coils are disabled during the test since it has to be at WOT?

It seems to run fine, just my damn paranoia thinks somehting is wrong.

Im also still wondering if by the time i looked down at the tach it was at the high 7's.

Since the 06 ECU is different from other AP2s i wonder if it stores anything?

be ready to pay some serious money because to find cracks like that. you have to take the retainers off. when you take just the valve cover off. you only see the top portion of the retainer. not the bottom like in this picture. it requires some labor time to take these retainers.
