Someone can download an app called GroupMe and create a group text like iPhone group messaging. Only the person wanting to start the group messaging needs to have the app. Everyone will receive texts and those with the app will load a message in the groupme app. Groups can be disbanded when the event is over. We use it for work everyday so that we can get quick responses to switch jobs or get help.
