Edgewood Eats
5-8:30pm ( I'll be there around 6:20pm)
1161 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303
Mobile dining extravaganza at Edgewood Plaza Shopping Center parking lot in Palo Alto. From 5 to 8pm every Monday, dinner trucks serve up an awesome variety of made-to-order gourmet street food. Come for the food, stay for the fun (bring your picnic blankets, beach chairs, camping tables)...or just take your dinners home. Intersection of Embarcadero Rd, W. Bayshore Rd and Channing Ave, just behind the Shell gas station (right off 101).
8/29 lineup:
TikkaBytes...Armadillo Willy's...BBQ Kalbi...Twisted Chill...MoBowl...House of Siam...Chairman Bao...Little Green Cyclo...and Butterscotch on the Go !
A portion of tomorrow's proceeds will be donated to Semper Fi Fund assisting injured and critically ill US soldiers and their families. (www.semperfifund.org)

everyone! This event has been cracking all Summer long & there are some really good eats out here. Anyone want to meet up tomorrow? Here are some tips that I found to be helpful:
- Bring cash, $20-$25 should be enough for one person if you want to order something from each truck + drink
- Bring your drinks so you dont need to buy
- Bring a foldable chair
What I usually like to do is share with other people so you can maximize trying different meals from different trucks, works well for couples!

Sorry can't takes a couple hours at the very least if we don't run into any snags. Need to be working while Sports Basement is still open too just incase we need something really quickly.

hmmm I might check this out tonight. Going to depend on how I feel once I get home to feed the dog and take her out on a walk. I have a feeling the traffic going back up in that direction is going to be a biznatch.
