Just one...not like a whole day full or diet change! Maybe you can slide with one of those burgers that are charbroiled with no buns, no mayo & fresh veggies!

My meal last night:
Bacon Cheeseburger = 920 calories, 62g fat(30g saturated), 180mg cholesterol, 1310 mg sodium
Regular Fries = 310 calories, 15g fat(0 saturated), 45mg sodium
Total Meal = 1230 calories, 77g fat, 180mg cholesterol, 1355mg sodium
RDI (2000 cal diet) = 2000 calories, 65g fat, 300mg cholesterol, 2400mg sodium
Def not something you want to eat everyday
