What are you trying to imply? I'm too short for it or am I too fat for it? or both...?

I'm not sure how you get "mean" out of that. Mac is what, 6+ inches taller than Justin. Bike frames are built with specific height ranges in mind. It's very uncomfortable to ride a bike that is too big for you. Maybe he fits, maybe he doesn't. I was just asking.

Listen to Vu, he may not be some pro cyclist, but he knows what he's talking about. A few cm in top tube length means the difference between being able to ride from miles and being unbalanced and unsafe on a bicycle, no matter what saddle/handlebar adjustments you make.

I think 2 inches from crotch to frame when standing over the frame.

I think it would be like me riding a large vs a medium. I choose to ride a medium and I think that's what would fit him.
Is the two inch thing still a good rule of thumb?

I don't think a medium would fit Justin -- most mediums would have too long of a top tube for him.

Dan, does it really have to be rocket science? He's borrowing a bike to have a bit of fun, we're not competing or anything. In most peoples mind I should be riding a large but for the type of riding I did, a large just didn't work for me so I went back to riding mediums.
He easily fits within the range of a medium. Will my bike setup be good for him? No it won't, can he ride it? Yes.
