Thanks for your note. I'm not absolutely sure which silver it was. I honestly saw the car for less than a second in front of me, took evasive action, and the car was then behind me as I went into the turn. From the honda site, I'm 75% sure that it was the lighter silver (Sebring), but all I can completely confirm is that it was definitely an S2000 with the top down. I contemplated turning around and chasing, but the whole reason I was on Calaveras is to work in the break-in period on my wife's new Ninja 250. The bike had literally 10 miles on the odometer when I was almost creamed by this guy. It's hard to keep the revs below 4K when you're chasing a guy, and even turning around on this tiny road would have taken some time to find a safe place where cars can see you soon enough in the road. I'm OK, I don't want to piss anyone else off on this board who doesn't deserve it, but I have a feeling a good number of folks driving their S2000 that aggressively would also be interested in forums like this. So for that one specific asshat, learn how to keep it under control on the public roads. At the very least, find someplace to kill yourself alone, rather than taking out any innocents. For everyone else, thanks for your concern, and enjoy your cars. I haven't driven an S2K yet, but from all accounts, it's as close to a motorcycle experience as you can get with 4 wheels.
