Menlo Honda...good choice for service?

I've had mixed dealings with Menlo as well. I'll trust them with the regular maintenance things, but if its anything different... I've had VERY bad dealings with them and gauging... and basically them being slimey bastards.. especially Chuck.

My experience with Menlo and Hopkins tell me that Hopkins deliver more consistent service.

Hopkins are more organized and have the proper processes in place to service our S. I'd go with them.
