Blureds2k,THANK YOU for setting up coordinating the trip to LA.To the rest of the Gente that went,ICEE,Blue2k2s2k,Moezs,CrazyPhud,It was absolutey the best 48hours I've had in a while! 6:30pmAug.20 an hour & 15 before the crew takes off from San Jose to LA.I decided on the fly to go.Got there at 7:47,2 mins after they were supposed to have left,spotted a collection of S's in the lot,so relieved as I had spent 50 mins racing down there to go.What ensued was the best driving experience/atmosphere with my 3 1/2 month old S.The camraderie among everybody was great and all the spontaneous activities that happened! The unexpected highlight for me was besides driving & shredding rubber on our S's was the Road&Track event that Blue2k2s2k set up to fill a good block of the day! A great opportunity to push cars to the limits within 3 different courses.I think all of us walked away with a tall tale of our individual exploits on the tracks!!! The sundown MEGAMEET sprint drive from the hotel where the majority of us were holed up(35-40 cars) to a preliminary meeting point before the big destination was unveiled to us ,was completely exhilirating.NOR*CAL & SO*CAL, 40 S's large, Vtec-ing spacious grand long open multi-laned blvd's to the spot.I have been on other drives previously but nothing like the fast quick excitement of this one! Smiles from ear to ear on everybody's face from the young 20yr.olds up to the people with higher digits leaving the hotel.Then,it was pretty much like YEEEAAAHHHH,A symphony of skilled drivers let their hardwares be known!!! The dinner meet itself was great,Back-Cracker,a great host,made sure everybody won some type of prize. The drive back was really nice,especially when we were cruising 4 wide for a while and appreciated how we all watched eachother on the drive,making room on passes,staying together,& pissin' off a few people on the way That's what I call a high spirited,no down time,action packed,great laughs,bonds made,clutch & tire killing weekend.Thanks again Blureds2k, & THE FELLAS!
