The Rio used to be good but was not happy with the quality of food the last time I was there. I know it's a buffet but it's a buffet in Vegas
Things do change quick in Vegas, but I doubt you'll be disapointed. You should rent the 1800 square foot suite for 1000 a night

We went to Craftsteak and I still prefer Alexander's Steakhouse by Valco.
I'll have to try N9NE next time. Emeril's Steakhouse (DELMONICO STEAKHOUSE) was very good as well even though I can't stand the BAM shiet.
