ITs really a toss up. But McD's has the best if they are cooked right. Perfectly light and crispy, and not too much salt. The batter on the BK fries are good though.
Interestingly enough the BEST mcD's I ever had was in Tokyo. The burger looked like the picture, the fries were perfectly golden and not burnt. And this is coming from a Midwestern guy with McD's every other block in the chicago land area.
