Yes! I'm glad the NASA autox is back!

No membership fees, no muss, no fuss.

Go Dennis and Peggy!

The last NASA event I went to was at Altamont Raceway. I'm not sure if that was the last one they did, but that was quite an interestingly different autox.

Is there a website or somewhere I can get more information? Total newbie to this, but definitely interested. Local and cheap!

I guess rules and regulations. What I need to bring, what do they provide? Any special preperations I have to do to my car? Is there going to be a 3 group format like motorcycle track days? How much (I read 10 bucks!?) Does the event get full, since there isn't a sign up really. Everything a newbie needs to know. I'd hate to drive down there (1.5 hrs away) to find out I could not participate for some stupid reason.

This is from the bottom half of the flyer peggy emailed me.

Parallel women's classes run with each open class, please put an L after the class designation on your run card if you intend to run in the Ladies class. Vintage Stock (VS), Vintage Street Prepared (VSP) are classes for cars over 25 years old, and OSP (Open Street Prepared) is open to any car that does not fit in a regular Street Prepared category and must be street register-able. Tech and Registration will be open at 7:45 AM until 2:00 PM.
