I am new to this list.
I have been having problems with Marin Honda fitting the car alarm I stupidly (in retrospect) ordered when I purchased my s2000 in July.
Anyone else had problems with them?
Do you know of anyone [name] in the service dept there who is actually competent, so that maybe I can deal with them in future and bypass all the inept people they have working for them?
Can you recommend another Honda Service dept in the san rafael or san fran area who actually do a very good job?

Marin Honda has been great for me. Their Master mechanic Steve Kramer is the best. I am surprised you had problem with them. Ask for Steve when you make an appointment I hope this helps. Let me know
