Guys I don't believe for paying for anything, I do tons of illegal things, so really -- you should let me do what I want here.

This site has way more than $20 worth of stuff to offer. The reading material and wealth of knowledge alone is worth well over the $20 membership. You get help with diagnosing car issues, advice on parts, instructions to do installs on just about anything, DIYs on regular maintenance, a place to organize locally for meets, drives, and group discounts on services or products, you can go to the gallery and get some motivation for your car, you can read about other cars, and share stories about your car. you can find parts from sellers for great deals, and you can sell stuff too.
Most everything i mentioned is free, youve been using it for free, this forum provides all of that for free.
the only time this site asks for money is when you intend to use this site for your financial gain.

but seriously i paid not for just the perks or benefits of being able to post in member forums but to support the site; support the s2k community that treats you like family, helps you when in need, and supports you back. The s2k isnt just known for its uniqueness compared to other cars but also how each owner is included as part of a huge family of enthusiast, owners, future and past owners as well as friends and family of owners. Where else in the auto industry are you gonna get that for a measly 20 dollars a year

You'll get no empathy from those of us who paid wanting to contribute financially to this community in order to give back for the costs of running this site. What exactly were you hoping to achieve with a post like this? Some how incite us all into some sort of rebellion? Have us go " OH yea this is horrible! $20 is totally too much for a year of unlimited access! LETS RISE UP AND START OUR OWN SITE FOR FREE WITH NO RULES AND PAY OUT OF OUR OWN POCKETS!"
