on a track of course. maybe thunderhill. would this be a close match? power to weight is very close. I think the s2k would be able to get around corners faster since it's much lighter. both are stock current year models (2004).

I outran two E46 M3s in my old supercharged s2000, without an aftercooler, and few other supporting mods. It was close, but I was pulling away steadily in both cases until I shut it down.

A convertible M3 is a porker........3500lbs plus, I believe. Youre putting down at LEAST as much power as they are with a blower, and they weigh a LOT more........I dont think the outcome is much of a doubt.
