Valley Fair is at the intersection of Stevens Creek and 880. I'd take 101S to 880 S, exit Stevens Creek and go right. Turn at first light (Monroe) and follow it to the back of the mall (North) Park in the garage on that back side of the mall.
You can also go 85south to 280 south, but then youd have to exit Winchester, turn left (north) then pass Stevens Creek and turn rt on Forest Av, pass the Bus station and turn right into the parking structure.
