turnaround time for my soft top replacement was pretty good. i ordered it thursday morning, they got it friday morning and i had a new top installed that afternoon.

 

I've had good experiences with Los Gatos Honda so far. Sue, the service manager, and Jeff, one of the mechanics, have been good people to deal with.

 

Well.... I went there... I HATE them. Although my dealings were with their royally retarded car salesmen when I was buying my s2k... my expereince with those tards was so bad that I refuse to give them a single dime. *grumbles bitterly* But to be fair... this is the sales department, not mechanics...
