Hello All,
For some time now I've been looking to buy a second S2k for the track car. My budget is under $10k and I've come across an AP1 salvage title due to theft (URL below). Since it would be a track only car I really don't mind that it has a salvage title. My only concern is the 151000 mileage. Do you think this is too high to be tracking the car?

I would think that would make an ideal start for a track car.

After building a 1989 Mazda Rx7 Turbo and racing it for 4 years. I can tell you that it is way easier and more economical to buy one from someone exiting the sport (where the car has been sorted out), or a race car team's obsolete race car.

The amount of time wrenching/R&D, buying parts, etc is not cheap.
