What exactly do you want us to do if we spot him?

If you see him or the car, just leave him a note signed Greg... No threats, just let him know that I know where he is. Thanks for all the help guys.. Crowbar sounds tempting, but not out to hurt anyones baby just yet, just trying to get what I am owed.

Well couple things found via google.
First it appears that he knows people on s2kca. Might be worth it to post there too.

Second if you want to find out where he is currently...run his plate. Found another reference in onlineshowoff
Name matches car 'may' match but appears to have a picture of the guy next to his s2k so you can know for sure. Also lists his civic...and foolishly he has two pictures that fully expose his plate online. You should be able to make a request through the DMV for the current registered address of the civic. Send a Letter to him at the address that might freak him out. And if it's not his address but his parents, then send a letter to the parents instead. Odds are good they wouldn't be happy

Wonder if there are any bay area people that are a member of local law enforcement...if you get an address have an officer drop by to explain the seriousness of the situation as a favor. Not to arrest, just to shock.
Anything more we can do let us know.
