So are you referring to RedS2Girl's bro's case? I already invited him (thru RedS2Girl) to join us this time. Whether he will come or not is up to him though. We always allow friends of S2000 owners to join our drives. So he is more than welcome to join us.
My stance in another thread is that the SF group cruise is not a drive but more like a photo thing, so while he can join us on the cruise but I personally feel that it looks weird if we see other cars sitting between S2000s on the crooked street. That's why I made a comment that he probably need to hide when we take some major photos. But if other people feel that it is ok to have other cars in the major photos, please let us know, too. After all, it is the majority's opinion that counts.
