I think there are definite gains with NA or FI'd, especially here in Cali. The gains may not necessarily mean more hp in cooler seasons, but the lack of timing pull during hotter months. Or, if you car is pulling timing (even during the cooler months), you'll feel like you've gained power - really, you'd just be getting the power back.
Mix in 3 gals to get to 93oct, you'll feel the difference. I've lived in places that offered 93 (east coast), and 92 (PNW)...even 92 makes a difference! The northeast gets 94oct! 91 is crap, in any car. Even the manual states, "91 octane or higher."
If you want pump locations...there's the two mentioned above...but also available at Sonul Tree Gasoling off 680 and Andrade (3004 Andrade Road). There's a 76 in Stockton and Manteca that also sells 100 at the pumps (Stockton's open 24hrs ).

No octane boosters are worthless...the only thing that is useful is toulene, BUT don't play with the stuff unless you know what you are doing it's pretty toxic!
There is also different types of toluene. Some you don't want in your gas tank
