I need the backing enclosure for an AP1 Driver side headlight. I searched through ebay and the classifieds/CL but couldn't find one with no bulbs/HID/ballast.

Thought a junkyard might have some that are either damaged elsewhere or cheaper.

Appreciate the help!

There is a guy on Craigslist that parts out s2000 only. He is in Sacramento and ships. He only does ap2 parts but I believe they are the same part

Thanks for the contact. I'll give him a call tomorrow. Is the headlight backing the same for the AP1 and AP2?? I feel like AP1 just has the diffuser covering up the whole corner, whereas the AP2 has it split up?

Anyway, more questions for y'all experts, is there anyway to check the front impact sensors to see if they are still working? I can't seem to find new ones anywhere, did a google search, and even went through hondapartscheap.com; maybe I don't have the right part name? Is it not called the impact sensor?

Yeah, people are charging an arm and a leg for the headlight. I've seen past threads that have both the headlights for $500, but I can't find anything like that now, when I need it the most... lol

but coming back to the impact sensors, do you guys know where exactly they are, and how to test them to see if they are still in good condition?
