forget legal turbo just get one of the ones available Or you can be like me and throw in the sc/smaller pulley/gears. Which is not bad but I'm certain it's no where near a turbo setup.

I'm genuinely curious. If you get a non CARB legal turbo (i.e. 'forget legal turbo') and you have to smog the car to get your registration renewed... then what? Do you remove the turbo for the smog check?

Greddy makes a 50 state legal turbo charger, however it costs bank and I don't think they have a specific kit for our car yet but you start asking them and I bet they can do something for you.
