legal turbo
im going crazy!!!!! 
Or you can be like me and throw in the sc/smaller pulley/gears. Which is not bad but I'm certain it's no where near a turbo setup.

I'm genuinely curious. If you get a non CARB legal turbo (i.e. 'forget legal turbo') and you have to smog the car to get your registration renewed... then what? Do you remove the turbo for the smog check?
