leak by driverside window?

Default leak by driverside window?

just washed my car the other day..

and now it seems the rubber tubing from the driverside window and softtop is leaking water. its not too much... i just get sprayed with water everytime i close the window. any suggestions?

i had the same problem, the weather stripping had to get replaced

depending on where it's leaking, might wanna try some shin-etsu silicone grease on the rubber seals first.

try this first. coz i replacing them would definitely cost more. look and compare the driver's side to the passenger side to see if they're deformed (this was the problem with mine) if it is then you might have to just replace the offending parts. if not, then shin-etsu might help it.

sorry, but i have no estimate for the cost of parts+labor, i put my repair order under warranty, so the stealership did it for free

hmm it appears that the tubing hangs lower/is not aligned as well as the passenger side. poopy

My passenger side leaks a little when the car is washed, a little leakage seems to be normal for the s2000.
