Default leak?

So i'm pulling out my driveway and all of a sudden i get hit with water...a pretty good amount too. great i have a leak near the windows...
You can see where the water was coming from.

Sorry for crappy pic, it was literally 10 minutes with my cell phone pic and a small keychain light. Basically i have gap between the rubber, dunno if it's a good or bad thing? And i never had a problem with it til tonight...weird...

Anyone got any solutions? I'm really debating whether to get Shin-Etsu grease. I was thinking just stick some kind of putty in there temporarily til a good solution. I also noticed another part near the middle of the rubber that metal is exposed as compared to my passenger side.

well its gonna stop raining eventually. maybe adjust ur latches so it compresses the rubber more closer to seal the gap.

think it might be the weather strip because i noticed that on my driver's side part of the metal shows. weird how it only happened yesterday and it's rained multiple time before and nothing happened.

anyone know how much shin-etsu grease costs at a dealership? i'd order online, but it's supposed to rain tomorrow night already -_-. Plus it's already gonna cost $20 from handa-accessorie and i'd have to wait for it to get here
